About this home

Excellent industrial land parcel in Lancaster! This land parcel sits on 50th St W and it's just north of paved Ave F. It's also directly across from a house that has power lines connected to it, which should allow power to reach this property. The street frontage on 50th west allows the land to be accessed and used without easements, which is very important. This property is considered to be within the ''Fox Field Master Plan'', which is an area that has been designated by Lancaster as its future industrial zone. There are numerous industrial facilities closer to the Fox Field airport and Apollo park. There huge facilities planned in the immediate vicinity of this parcel, including a new BYD bus factory and a 1.2 million sqft ''Northpoint'' facility. This property would be perfect for uses such as truck storage, and commercial cannabis growing is believed to be permitted within the Fox Field zone (buyer to verify). This is a great opportunity to scoop up a piece of this area before the streets get paved, development speeds up, and land prices rise. Don't miss out!
