About this home

Excellent industrial land parcel in Lancaster! This property is considered to be within the ''Fox Field Master Plan'', which is an area that has been designated by Lancaster as its future industrial zone. There are numerous industrial facilities closer to the Fox Field airport and Apollo park. This parcel is at the south end of the Fox Field area, between Ave G and Ave H, so it's closer to the central city. There huge facilities planned in the immediate vicinity of this parcel, including a new BYD bus factory and a 1.2 million sqft ''Northpoint'' facility, both on Ave H. The east side of this parcel is considered to be 47th St W. This parcel is also just east of paved 50th west (which has power lines), and 1 parcel over from dirt Ave G8. This property would be perfect for facilities such as truck storage, and commercial cannabis growing is believed to be permitted within the Fox Field zone (buyer to verify). This is a great opportunity to scoop up a piece of this area before the streets go in, development speeds up, and land prices rise. Don't miss out!
