About this home

Lovely Light and Bright upper unit with Golf Course and Tree Canopy views. Primo 3 bed 3 full bath home surrounded by two fairways behind the desirable Sevilla Gate. Dual slider glass doors to sun drenched balcony off of Living and Dining areas for al fresco meals and indoor outdoor lifestyle. South and East facing windows for an abundance of natural light with only 1 shared wall and no neighbors above for tranquil enjoyment of this spacious and desirable unit. Tastefully updated flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Original closet hardware was removed and crown molding installed to leave space for your custom closet installation. Seller was a fine furniture collector and used the space for high end armoires, dressers and wardrobes. Similar models typically lack the third full bathroom, have outdated closets, and the balcony is shaded. Enjoy all the amenities of Laguna Woods with peace of mind and comfort from the brand new Cool Roof and Hot Water Heater just installed in July 2026. Make this house your home before someone else does - these top sunny side view units don't last long!
