About this home

Own a beautiful part of the forest in the Lake Gregory area of the San Bernardino Mountains. This one is located right on Edelweiss Drive, just a short distance up from the lake itself, and a 5-minute drive to Godwin's Market and the Lake Gregory recreation area. The road is paved and well-maintained, and utilities are nearby, as there are homes one lot up the road and also behind the property on Darfo and Delle. Any buyer should verify the availability of utilities and the cost of hooking up with the relevant governing bodies. There is a significant bluff at the street, but then the lot does flatten out. Anyone building here would have tremendous views of the surrounding mountains and valleys when they were done. The owner will consider financing on a Note and Deed of Trust or on a Land Contract of Sale with very favorable terms. Call for details. The county has not yet assigned an address to this property.
